年輕失智比老年更普遍？活血氣功有助腦部循環

失智症已迅速漫延到年輕人身上！養生專家白雁指出，如果年輕時生活習慣就不佳，容易造成體重過重、活動力下降或肌力不足，都會加速身體功能退化，提高罹病機會。
近年來，台灣有上萬的青壯年，患早發性失智，而且比老年失智衝擊更大。畢竟，正是人生衝刺發展的時候，更是家庭的生產主力，生病了對個人、家庭都是沉重的打擊！
堅持規律運動，幫助腦部血液循環
雖然目前還沒有全面證據顯示失智症能被根治，不過，有效預防是可行的。白雁建議就從建立良好生活習慣做起，注意飲食均衡健康，養成規律的運動習慣。研究發現，每週運動2至3次，就能降低近6成的失智風險。
白雁提到，不適合做劇烈運動的中老年人，可以選擇慢運動，比如氣功，能調理氣血循環，光是簡單的兩腳站立與肩膀同寬，兩腳尖稍稍內扣，形成微微八字，就能幫助全身氣血流通順暢。
底下分享的影片「活血功」小功法，其和緩的步驟，就能幫助血液循環，還能對經絡發揮保護作用！持續練氣功養成慢運動的習慣，身體就會自然達到平衡調節的作用。
白雁分享，她的很多學員因為有多年的慢運動習慣，對身體的調控越來越好；也因為經常接觸人群，維持人際間的互動，建立了自己的社交圈，每個人都覺得自己越活越年輕，不但精神體力比從前好，專注力也更好。
這些自我健康管理，不是等你退休了才去做，應該是從青壯年就養成習慣，一直維持到老年，才不會在退休之後，社交圈縮小，生活失去重心，產生明顯的落差，加速身體機能的退化。
