時力台北選戰發力 瞄準托育與電競
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】「時代台北，5席全上！」時代力量黨部主委林昶佐1日親自率團，與5位時力年輕台北市議員候選人首度發表政見。時代力量台北市議員參選人林亮君建議，國中小各校應廣設公托，改善師資及托育人員不足的問題，以鼓勵父母生養。林穎孟則表示，時力也要厚實電競產業基礎，規劃產學電競數位園區，積極培育電競選手師資或教練，讓台北成為活潑的城市。
時代力量台北市議員參選人林亮君表示，台灣少子化嚴重，公共托育設施不足，私立托育費用過高，家長不敢生，生了又養不起。他們主張國中小各校應廣設公托，改善師資及托育人員不足的問題，獎勵優秀保姆淘汰不適仁保姆，以鼓勵父母生養。
同黨台北市議員參選人吳崢指出，台北市老人超過16%以上，未來還有可能漲到20%，然而有許多長者都有家屬及外勞照顧，但因他們平常還有其他的工作，1年喘息日只有21日，顯然他們照顧老人的壓力過大。時代力量北市議員參選人認為，無論是家屬及外勞應每週至少1天的喘息日，保障照服員的福利。
時力台北市議員參選人林穎孟說，時力也將重新檢討娛樂與藝文場所的法規、治安、反毒措施，讓消費者能安全，安心經營。此外，他們也要提高光纖網路普及率，厚實電競產業基礎，規劃完整產學系統的電競數位園區，積極培育電競選手的師資或教練。
另一名台北市議員參選人黃郁芬認為，台北市身為首都，但缺乏清晰的形象，台北市多被遮雨棚、鐵窗、纜線所淹沒。因此，他們要對各區歷史街區及歷史建築物周遭建立廣告看板規格，搭設規範，鐵窗規格等，以改善都市容貌。
針對勞檢問題，林亮君說，勞檢系統必須改進，讓市民更容易上手使用，特別是去強化手機行動版網頁的優化，同時配合增加勞檢員數量，加強勞檢能量，提高處分綠及裁罰基準。
台北市議員參選人蕭新晟認為議會問政應公開透明，時代力量北市議員參選人要求議會應比照立法院的運作，落實全面全面線上直播、速紀錄等，以讓市民了解市政。
